* Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve the timely and efficient delivery of Facility Management services to Client's staffs in support of their business needs in accordance with
the Service Levels, and Key Performance Indicator requirements.
2. Provide comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management with a focus on continuous improvement.
3. Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of the client's facilities
- Implement a Preventive and Planned Maintenance programme
- Implement, comply with and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance
- Evaluate the vendor procurement and management and ensure renegotiation and tendering, including tender documentation
; evaluation of tenders and preparation of contracts is in accordance with agreed client procurement guidelines
- Manage vendor billing including all budgetary requirements
- Administer the virtual approval process for contract execution and controls on contractors
- Coordinate risk management system including Legal, Health & safety, Fire safety, Emergency evacuation
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Manage spending within the agreed variation
- Review and provide timely and accurate monthly financial reports
- Ensure and complete periodic reporting to meet client expectations and internal requirements regionally
- Proactively develop and manage client / business unit relationships ensuring that the expected service levels are achieved
- Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork,co-operation & performance excellence
* Qualifications
-Work Experience : Minimum of 4 years experience in a FM, office services, GA in a global company(IT company preferred)
-Education: Above BA degree
* Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
-Strong customer service skills.
-Previous experience in using a computer, knowledge of Word and Excel applications.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Self motivator and ability to work independently.
-Proactive and professional attitude
-Fluent in English and Korean
-Technical comprehension and experience with performance based service contracts and vendor management
-Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
