1. Establish strategic plans about business system Introduction and upgrade in according to
management and user requirements
2. Review and confirm the new and change plan of IT infrastructure, server & data backup
3. Extract and analysis data for management report
4. Build standardization of system access and encrypting data base
5. Make an annual IT plan and budget & controlling
6. Manage outsourcing companies and IT vendors
7. Review and prepare IT contract
8. IT policy and Governance controlling
9. Information risk management
10. Network and relationship building

¡Ø AUTHORITY
1. Confirm IT proposal and payment vouchers
2. Supervise and evaluate IT staff¡¯s performance


¡Ø ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç
- Bachelor¡¯s Degree or above
- Minimum 12 ~ 15 years of experience in IT Department and IT project
management
- Good Command of English
- Proficient Computer skills




±âŸÁ¤º¸ POSITION PURPOSE (Why the position exists, within what limits and with what objectives)
Introduce business system and make plans to improve the company business process and build annual
IT budget. Help and support management to make rational decision and efficient communication
between each departments by providing analytical & systematic report and data.
