- Responsibility for managing the supply chain process and employees for business
- Responsibility for managing the Demand planning process and employees for business
These include forecasting, materials planning & procurement, warehousing and inventory
management.
-Supervises supply chain process execution in European logistic platforms until delivery to
dealers
- Ensure good interface with Customer Service team, Sales team, logistic hibs teams.
- Ensures that Supply chain & Demand goals (Cost, deliveries, customer, ¡¦), quality standards (f.i : quality claims due to Schain activities), health and safety policies, are being met and implement.
-Driving the continuous improvement plans – Lean, TQM, quality, logisitcs into the schain and Demand areas

Knowledge & Skill
- Analytical skills
- Previous operational experience in Supply chain
- 5 + Years Functional Experience in the areas stated.
- Previous team lead experience (prefered)
- Market understanding
- Good written and spoken English
- Knowledge of financial accounting(preferred)
- Sound business knowledge and financial acumen
Experience Description
- Supply chain & DM Management in a multinational environment
-Experience working as an Supply chain leader covering full supply chain in a commercial/trading environment
- Demonstrable people management experience
