Job Descriptions
• Oversees and manages the work of reporting human resources staff
• Conduct and study all human resources policies, laws, programs, and practices to keep ahead of current developments
• Develop on-boarding orientation and training programs and on-going employee development programs via both internal and external development resources
• Establish high standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures to recruit and hire superior workforce
• Drive employee relations practices necessary to create high level of employee morale and motivation, and employee to employee relationship
• Lead company health and safety programs
• Lead competitive market research to establish company salary structure and bonus schemes which will help to recruit and retain superior staff
• Develop standard employee benefit packaged aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention
• Develop SMART based employee performance measurement/incentive programs & employee development plan stages
• Record and update all JDs and qualifications for current employees and ensure all records are kept up to date

Job Qualifications
• BS/BA degree a must, post grad degree a plus
• 5-7 years of working experiences in HR roles
• Individual contributor, able to build from ground up
• Strong communications skills required
• English proficiency, both written and verbal a big plus
• Must be able to use office programs
