¸ðÁý³»¿ë Key Account Manager (°úÀå-Â÷Àå±Þ)

Job Descriptions

• Deliver total customer care solution to our designated top, key accounts
• Be the company face/advocate of Customer First/Best Customer Experience mission statements
• Identify and determine changing taste and preference of the client
• Develop and update competitive analysis on regular basis
• Monitor customer¡¯s activities for sale¡¯s opportunities
• Establish long term customer relationship with highest standard of customer service
• Be the first contact point of customer escalation and work with relevant internal & external parties to bring quick and satisfactory resolution
• Maintain record of key account sales history

Job Qualifications

• BA/BS degree a must, post grad degree a plus
• Must have some sales, customer service experiences from reputable company (at minimum 5 years preferred)
• Must be confident and able to work with cross functional teams to address and resolve key account issues
• Experiences working in maritime industry a plus
• Must hold superior communications skills, both spoken and written
• Must hold strong English proficiency, both written & verbal
• Positive thinker with team oriented mindset, and result driven commanding skills
