1. CUSTOMER SERVICE & SELLING 
-Guarantees all customers receive an excellent level of service throughout the store . 
-Acts as a customer service role model by actively approaching customers, initiating conversations and offering style/garment care advice. 
-Analyses monthly customer service reports and works with the Store Manager to implement action plans based on the feedback. 
-Monitors the activities of our competitors. 
-Keeps up to date with the latest trends. 
-Works with selling reports in order to maximise sales performance. 
-Provides support to the Visual Merchandiser implementing guidelines and placing new garments in a
commercial way.

2.PROFITABILITY & OPERATIONS 
- Monitors all variable costs and works with the Store Manager to maximise profit. 
- Checks that all store operations are carried out effectively. 
- Ensures that delivery & replenishment routines are followed according to COS company guidelines.
- Provides support to the Store Manager to implement procedures to avoid stock loss. 
- Works with the Store Manager to check the store is compliant with all banking and audit guidelines.
- Responsible for Health & Safety and ensuring all legal requirements are met. 
- Ensures legal guidelines related to the selling of goods are followed.

3.PEOPLE & LEADERSHIP 
- Leads recruitment events and interviews new sales advisors. 
- Works under the guidance of the store manager to ensure all sales advisors receive the appropriate
level of training. 
- Motivates their team to achieve company goals and objectives. 
- Assesses his/her staff and provides feedback about their performance on a regular basis. 
- Identifies future talents and works with the Store Manager to formulate clear and challenging goals to assist with their development. 
- Assists the Store Manager to ensure all employee corrective actions are handled appropriately.
