¡Ø Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor¡¯s degree or higher in Hospitality, Architecture, Business,or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and document preparation
¡Ø Qualifications
- Planning and development of a high-end branded residence (officetel) integrated with a luxury hotel brand.
- Market analysis and business planning for luxury residential products, including identifying differentiating factors and establishing specialized design strategies.
- Selection of brand partner, negotiation of contract terms, and execution of agreements.
- Design coordination and operational planning in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Review of sales strategy, including pricing, regulations, methods, and timing, as well as development of marketing plans.
